Today was the MAWA Regional tournament, and 4 of our Raider Wrestlers made it to Nationals this year!!!

Practice this week is Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8:00 at UDHS. I will also be there to collect singlets that night from 7:00-7:30.

The Drexel Hill Raider Family is very sad to announce the passing of Dave Center, a longtime Drexel Hill Raider Coach and friend to all Raider wrestlers for many, many years. Please keep Dave and his family in your prayers, especially Regina, Pam, Ben and Noah. His funeral services are as follows:

Sunday evening from 6-8P.M. and Monday 10-11 A.M. at SPENCER T. VIDEON OF DREXEL HILL, Garrett Rd. at Shadeland Ave. followed by his service at 11 A.M. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Vitas Hospice, 1740 Walton Road, Blue Bell, PA 19422-2342.

Congratulations to Richie Souders for taking 2nd place at this weekend's 7th Annual “War at the South Jersey Shore” National Folkstyle Wrestling Championships in Wildwood, NJ!

Congratulations to Colin Cronin who won the PJW State Championship for the 2nd year in a row. Colin went 5-0 and defeated Trent Hidlay 9-3 in the Championship.

Congratulations to Richie Souders who took 4th place at the PJW State Championships. Richie went 5-2 and lost a tough 3-0 match in the consolation finals.

Congratulations to Brendon Stocku who went 2-2 this weekend at PJW States and wrestled very tough every match.

The Raiders Sent three wrestlers to this weekend's Pa Junior Wrestling (PJW) Championships up in Wilkes-Barre and they've just finished the first day of wrestling with all 3 doing very well and advancing into the final day of wrestling tomorrow.

Colin Cronin went 3-0, winning 15-1, 16-3, & 15-0
Richie Souders went 2-1, winning his first 2 with Pins
Brendon Stocku went 2-1, winning his first 2 by Pin and 11-4.
