Bert Bell requires a note from a Doctor stating that your child can play Football or Cheer and a copy of the participant’s Birth Certificate to participate.  (if you participated last year you do not need the copy of your birth certificate)

2010 Registration Information for the Football and Cheerleading Season.
The registration fees for the 2010 season are as follows.

Football: 1st Child $130.00   Each Additional Child in Football* $90.00

Flag Football:  $90.00 per child(Ages 5 & 6) Note: Child may not turn 7 yrs. Of age prior to July 1st  the calendar year

Flag Cheer: $65.00

Senior 150lb  Football Team:  $90.00

Cheerleaders: 1st Child $100.00 Each Additional Child in Cheer* $70.00

ALL PARENTS MUST BE AT THE FIELD August 12th  BETWEEN 6:00-7:00 TO SIGN CODE OF CONDUCT
AND WAIVERS.THESE ARE REQUIRED BY BERT BELL.
Practice will begin on Monday, August 2nd, 2009 at 6:00 pm at Dermond Field. Your child’s coach will provide
you with a schedule. Practices will run from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday for the month of August, thereafter will be announced. All completed forms and payments MUST be received before your
child can participate  This will be strictly enforced. Any equipment from last year must be returned prior to registration.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds of registration fees will only be granted up to three (3) weeks from
the first night of your child’s practice. Any drops after that date will not be refunded.. To receive your refund you must notify your coach in person and our treasurer by email clmnpgg@aol.com

Please fill out the registration form and follow the payment information, or you may come in person to one of our open registration dates. Check the website www.drexelhillraiders.com  or school hand outs for open registration dates.
Registration Forms with Full Payment should be received by no later than July 28, 2010.

IMPORTANT NOTE PER OUR UPPER DARBY PERMIT, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED
AT DERMOND FIELD. NO PARKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PLAYGROUND AREA.
