Drexel Hill Cheerleading Program
The Drexel Hill Raiders Cheerleading program offers girls ages 5 - 15 (age as of July 1st), a rewarding experience with an emphasis on both teamwork and individual accomplishment. Our program is growing in numbers each year due to the popularity of the sport and success of our organization.
Cheerleading requires stamina, concentration and regular practice as a team. Throughout the season, your child will learn cheerleading fundamentals, stunting, sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork that is appropriate for each age level. We provide a safety-oriented environment and require our head coaches to maintain their AACCA safety and stunt certifications. Cheerleaders will attend and cheer at all Drexel Hill Raiders Football games (home and away).
Cheerleaders ages 7 and older will have the opportunity to try out for our competition level team. Competition level cheerleading is a rigorous and rewarding experience, but is not for every girl. In an effort to keep pace with the many new changes in the cheer industry, the competition teams participates in tumbling and stunt classes.
Register early. For more information on our Drexel Hill Raiders Cheerleading Program, please feel free to contact one of the Cheerleading Directors.
